SHOPPING & SHIPPING

Shopping at beautyscene is simple and fun. Just click on "buy it" to add an item to your shopping basket. If you see a link to "view options," click on it to refine your selection - choose a color, a size, a fragrance, or other variety of a particular item.

Press "checkout" to complete your transaction by credit card. You do not need to register for membership to checkout, but being a member makes the ordering process much faster and more convenient.

When you checkout, beautyscene will process your order promptly, so that all in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours. We will notify you immediately if an item is out of stock.

Beautyscene offers only Priority Mail and Express Mail service to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, N. Mariana Islands, and Palau).

We cannot ship certain regulated products, including some fragrances, via air transport. Orders containing these products will be limited to delivery via ground service. Customers will be informed of any shipping limitations at checkout prior to completing their beautyscene order.

We are required to charge local and state taxes for orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You can access your account information by going to Customer Service and selecting the "My Account" option, or clicking on any "Become a Member" link. We will ask you to login every time you wish to view your account in order to protect all of your personal information in a secure format. Going to My Account allows you to change your password, shipping, and billing information, as well as personal information that helps us recommend the right products for your look.

RETURNS:

We're sure you'll be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with any item, you may return any product unopened within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on personal care items once shipped unless defective or damaged Please reorder any product from the site in exchange. If you are unable to return a product but would like to request a refund, please contact customer service. At 1-866-TO BEAUTY

To return a product, submit the following form and you will receive an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization number) that authorizes your return and speeds your refund. Place the completed form in the original packaging with the items that you are returning. To return your package, address your package to: Return Dept, Beautyscene.com, 1075 Easton Avenue, Somerset, NJ 08873.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

If your package is damaged in shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-866-TO BEAUTY. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
